Algarve Venues We've Photographed
Tivoli Marina Vilamoura hosted one of the most ambitious programs we’ve covered in the Algarve — a five-day incentive trip for a US company with packed daily schedules including boating, vineyard and museum tours, cooking classes, off-road 4-wheeling, and hiking, with formal dinners and awards each evening. We deployed a full production team: a dedicated photographer and three videographers with a drone pilot. One day moved off-site entirely, giving us two distinct venue environments within the same itinerary.
Solar do Paco is a historic private estate set among the Algarve hills, with terracotta architecture, a domed chapel, and grounds that give every frame a natural sense of place. We covered a full corporate event here — cocktail reception, a vendor market featuring local artisans and traditional Portuguese performers, a live concert, and a dinner awards show. The variety of settings across a single property made for strong, diverse coverage from arrival through to the final award.
Epic Sana Albufeira is one of the Algarve’s flagship five-star properties, sitting above the coast near Albufeira with the scale and facilities that suit large international groups. We covered a two-day program here that moved from conference sessions through team building activities to poolside dinners with live music each evening. On the final day, the group moved off-site to Solar do Paco for a closing awards dinner.
Verdelago Resort sits in the eastern Algarve, a contemporary property with rooftop terraces that open up to sweeping views of the coastline. We covered a corporate cocktail reception here — an intimate evening gathering that made full use of the rooftop setting, with photo, video, and drone capturing both the event and the landscape around it. The kind of venue that does a lot of the work for you.

For photography, we use the Canon R6 Mark II (2 cameras) and GODOX speedlight flash and lighting equipment. Lenses: 24-70, 70-200, 50mm, a 100mm, 35 mm and 16-35 mm.
For video, we use Sony FX3 Cinema cameras, Ronin RS4 Pro Combo stabilizer, DJI Mini Mic 2 (lapel mics), ZOOM H6 audio recorder, and the DJI Air 3S drone.
