We offer corporate and special event photography and videography. We also offer assistance in different aspects of the filming and production of corporate and special event videos, including but not limited to:

Our Process
- Initial Consultation: We begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss your event photography needs. We want to understand your goals, event schedule, and any specific shots or moments you want us to capture. This helps us tailor our approach to your unique requirements.
- Immediate Social Media and Press Release Images: We know the importance of creating buzz around your event. That’s why we provide up to ten of the best images, professionally edited and ready for use, by 10 am the day following the event. These images can be immediately shared on social media platforms and included in press releases to maintain post-event excitement.
- Convenient Photo Downloads: We provide a seamless download experience. You and your team can effortlessly access and download the photos directly from our WeTransfer site. Our images are sized and optimized for easy upload onto websites and social media pages, ensuring that your event photos are shared with the world effortlessly.
- High-Resolution Print-Ready Photos: We understand that you may need high-resolution photos for print purposes. Along with the web-ready images, we also provide the same photos in a high-resolution format suitable for printing. Whether it’s for marketing collateral, promotional materials, or any other print media, you can rest assured that your photos will retain their exceptional quality.

Yes! We are available to travel to your special event.
Our photographic style can be described as soft, organic, and classic, using lots of natural light and minimal editing to maintain the natural beauty of your photographs.
We incorporate elements of both photojournalism and traditional photography. This harmonious approach captures the special event as it unfolds naturally while ensuring we take essential portraits of the most important people.
All photos will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the event.
Photos are delivered in .jpg format digitally through a WeTransfer link and include high-resolution for print and low-resolution for social media and the like.
We take an unlimited amount of photos and deliver the number of photos agreed upon in the package. There is always a minimum of 60 selected and edited photographs per hour of service.
The number of hours you’ll need depends on the size and complexity of your event. Most events require between six and eight hours of coverage. For more extensive events or multiple locations, consider booking additional hours. For smaller, more intimate events, you may only need 3 hours of photographic coverage.
For photography, we use the Canon 6D Mark II and Alien Bee lighting equipment. Lenses: full frame 50mm 1,4, 100mm macro 1,4, 24-105mm, and 70-200mm 2.8. For video, we use the Sony 7 III, DJI Mavic Pro drone, Ronin RSC2 stabilizer, RODE microphones, and ZOOM H6 audio recorder.
We opt for light editing that enhances the natural beauty of the photos. Edits may include removing background objects, sharpening focus, adjusting framing, fine-tuning colors, balancing contrast, and perfecting light and shadow.
Extra charges are always discussed upfront and stated in your contract. Possible extra charges include extra photo edits in Photoshop, videography and drone, and additional hours.
Yes! Our in-house videographer, Gabriel Silva, provides documentary-style videography and aerial drone footage.
We hold onto the deposit as a cancellation fee. However, you can use the deposit toward a future session without an expiration date.
