Where are you based?

We are based in Puerto Vallarta and Lisbon but available worldwide.

What is the pre-wedding meeting?

The pre-wedding meeting is an important moment for us to connect with you as a couple, understand your needs and wants, and discuss important details of your wedding day.

What is your photography style?

Our photographic style can be described as soft, organic, and classic, using lots of natural light and minimal editing to maintain the natural beauty of your photographs.

We incorporate elements of both photojournalism and traditional photography. This harmonious approach captures the wedding day as it unfolds naturally while ensuring we take essential portraits of the most important people on your big day.

When will we receive our photos?

All photos will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the wedding.

How will we receive our photos?

Photos are delivered in .jpg format digitally through a WeTransfer link and include high-resolution for print and low-resolution for social media and the like.

How many photos do you deliver?

We take an unlimited amount of photos and deliver the number of photos agreed upon in the package. There is always a minimum of 60 selected and edited photographs per hour of service.

What is the pre-wedding photoshoot?

We like to include a pre-wedding photoshoot in packages of more than six hours. It is the perfect time to become comfortable with each other so that everything flows perfectly on your wedding day. The session lasts one hour and we deliver 60 selected and edited photographs. If you’d like to learn more, please see the engagement FAQs.

How many hours of coverage should I book?

The number of hours you’ll need depends on the size and complexity of your event. Most weddings require between six and eight hours of coverage, which usually includes getting ready shots, ceremony, and reception. For more extensive celebrations or multiple locations, consider booking additional hours. For smaller, more intimate weddings, you may only need 3 hours of photographic coverage.

What equipment do you use?

For photography, we use the Canon 6D Mark II and Alien Bee lighting equipment for sunset photography. Lenses: full frame 50mm 1,4, 100mm macro 1,4, 24-105mm, and 70-200mm 2.8. For video, we use the Sony 7 III, DJI Mavic Pro drone, Ronin RSC2 stabilizer, RODE microphones, and ZOOM H6 audio recorder.

How do you edit?

We opt for light editing that enhances the natural beauty of the photos. Edits may include removing background objects, sharpening focus, adjusting framing, fine-tuning colors, balancing contrast, and perfecting light and shadow.

What extra charges may there be?

Extra charges are always discussed upfront and stated in your contract. Possible extra charges include extra photo edits in Photoshop, videography and drone, and additional hours.

Do you offer video and drone?

Yes! Our in-house videographer, Gabriel Silva, provides documentary-style videography and aerial drone footage.

What's your cancellation policy?

We hold onto the deposit as a cancellation fee. However, you can use the deposit toward a future photoshoot without an expiration date.
