We have 10 years of experience photographing and filming corporate events. Our team blends photojournalism and traditional photography, capturing your event as it unfolds naturally while also ensuring we cover the full scope of the event — including branded details, environmental shots of the venue, candid interactions, key moments like speakers and awards, and portraits of your team. In addition to photography, we offer corporate videography, licensed drone coverage, and short-form social media content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communications. Our Process For Corporate Events
- Initial Consultation
We start with a 20-minute video call to understand your brand, event schedule, and content goals. This gives us everything we need to tailor our photography and video services to your specific needs. - Contract
Following the call, we’ll send over our contract for digital signature, keeping the process simple and straightforward. - Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due the day after the event. - Event Day
On the day, we handle everything — so you can focus on running your event while we focus on capturing it. - Gallery Delivery
Once the event wraps, your complete gallery of edited photos and video is uploaded to a private online portal, ready to view and download at any time.

We incorporate elements of both photojournalism and traditional photography. This harmonious approach captures the special event as it unfolds naturally while ensuring we take essential portraits of the most important people.
Photos are typically delivered 1-2 weeks after the event, with the option for 24-48 hour expedited delivery.
Photos are delivered in .jpg format digitally through an online gallery and include high-resolution for print and low-resolution for social media.
We typically deliver 60 photos per hour of service.
The number of hours you’ll need depends on the size and complexity of your event. For more extensive events or multiple locations, consider booking additional hours.
Yes, we’ve captured global corporate events for finance, tech, and lifestyle brands in Lisbon and abroad.
For photography, we use the Canon R6 Mark II (2 cameras) and GODOX speedlight flash and lighting equipment. Lenses: 24-70, 70-200, 50mm, a 100mm, 35 mm and 16-35 mm.
For video, we use Sony FX3 Cinema cameras, Ronin RS4 Pro Combo stabilizer, DJI Mini Mic 2 (lapel mics), ZOOM H6 audio recorder, and the DJI Air 3S drone.
We opt for light editing that enhances the clean, editorial look of the photos. Edits may include removing background objects, sharpening focus, adjusting framing, fine-tuning colors, balancing contrast, and perfecting light and shadow.
Extra charges are always discussed upfront and stated in your contract. Possible extra charges include additional photo and/or video edits and additional hours.
Yes! We provide corporate event videography and aerial drone footage to share on your website or social media. We also offer 60-second TikTok and Instagram reels showcasing the behind-the-scenes of your brand.
While we focus on corporate event photo and video, we offer BTS content optimized for LinkedIn and Instagram.
We hold onto the deposit as a cancellation fee. However, you can use the deposit toward a future session without an expiration date.
